Order Processing

We strive to get your orders on their way as quickly as possible!

In-stock items are typically processed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Preorder Items

Items marked as Preorder are not available for immediate shipment.

Estimated shipping timeframes will be provided in each preorder product description. These dates are estimates and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.

Orders Containing In-Stock & Preorder Items

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all preorder items have arrived and are ready to ship.

In-stock items will be held until your preorder items are available. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

If you need your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. 💕

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
